Fabrication

We can fabricate anything up to 11 ton in house in Mild Steel, Stainless Steel and Aluminium. We have 5 Axis Profiling facilities, which can do up to 50mm thickness. Press brake facilities to 160 ton. Plate Rolling to 30mm thickness, Ring Rolling, Metal Turning, Milling, Drilling and Sawing in Facilities.

For example we have produced trommels, Stainless Steel 100 ton Silo with process tanks, frame work, stairs, gates, railing, bollards and Grills. These can be fabricated to your own drawing or we offer a in house drawing facility.

Gates and Railings

Pipe pusher

Used for replacing cast iron gas pipes. The new plastic pipes are fed through the pipe pusher and pushed along the old pipes using digger hydraulics. This avoid having to dig trenches.
